I believe it is important to achieve playing success as soon as possible and this can be achieved by teaching songs and styles of music that the student likes and, in most cases, chooses. 

• Learn to strum and fingerpick. 
• Learn to accompany yourself and others. 
• Learn to improvise and "jam". 
• Cultivate your confidence and hone your skills. 
• Learn to perform, impress and create! 
• Nurture a hobby.... and, have fun!!

Players of all abilities are welcome (including complete beginners).

If you would prefer to work through grades, this is available using the ™ROCKSCHOOL syllabus. This can be discussed during the introductory session, but bear in mind that there will be an additional charge for the syllabus workbooks. 

Advice can be given on the purchase of a suitable instrument, including recommended retailers and instrument sources. 

Alternatively, an instrument can be purchased for you, or your son or daughter, to fit in with any budget. 

I can also loan suitable instruments for the lessons, although an instrument will eventually need to be obtained for practice purposes.

I am based in Lampeter, Ceredigion, West Wales and I can offer tuition at your own home, if it is within five miles of the SA48 postcode. 

If you live beyond this, there will be a charge for travel. 

Alternatively, you can have your lessons at my own home, if it's not too far for you to travel.

I also do remote tuition (so you can be anywhere in the world!) via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. These sessions cost the same as “face-to-face” lessons.

Instructional videos can also be emailed after lessons, for reinforcement and reminders.

Tuition slots are available day times or early evenings.

£15.00  for forty five minute session

(or sessions can be longer, if required).
